We’ve owned the oven for a little over a month so we can only provide you a small amount of usable information.
We did a ton of research on toaster ovens prior to this purchase. The Cuisinart oven was the overall winner as far as reviews went across the web. But, more and more reviews these days are bought and paid for so you don’t know what to believe anymore. This is a legitimate review!
OVEN AESTHETICS & FUNCTIONS:
Nice clean design. Medium size footprint. Stainless steel, looks great on the counter, easy to operate, toasts evenly, timing seems to be exact and it comes with many available cooking options.
COMPLAINTS WE HEARD:
Some people complained about burning their hands on the glass door when opening the door with the handle. Not an issue unless you have monster size hands.
Some people complained about having to empty the crumb tray from the back. Not an issue in our opinion
Some people complained about the loud beeping when cooking is completed. Sounds like a normal beep to us.
Some people complained about how noisy the fan was while using the convection feature. It’s very quiet on our unit.
Some people complained about how BIG the oven is. It appears to be average size, as toaster ovens go, in our opinion.
WHAT WE KNOW TO BE TRUE:
The unit does get HOT on all sides while in use, but seems to cool down quickly after shut down.
The unit is dark inside when you peer into it to check on your food. Best to place it in a well lit area. Not really an issue for us, just an observation.
OVERALL RATING
We give it five (5) stars and are very satisfied with the product. But, like I said, we’ve only owned it a month!

I have had several toaster ovens in my 48 years of marriage. I purchased the Cuisinart 195 in August 2009. I love love love this oven. It preheats quickly. It is by far the best oven on the market. Some reviewers have indicated that they thought they were buying stainless steel oven. If they will note description-it says color -stainless. That does not mean the outside is stainless. The oven is well made. I bought it to be used totally as an oven. I have not toasted in it. I have broiled steaks and baked numerous items. Very satisfied with the oven. You will not go wrong with this one.

Timing is all about when it come to cooking food for yourself or family, you definetely does not want the food you cook is burn out. I have try it for 3 month and what a pleasant cuisinart tob-195 smart oven I every buy.

The cuisinart tob-195 is build with quality is great. It is truly simple to clean. The handle is well cover with insulated so you don’t burn your fingers trying to open the door. The food tray is very easy to slide out. You will enjoy using this cuisinart tob-195 oven.

I have use it for 2 year and half and I totally love this oven. Unless it show sign breaks crack down on me, which only time will tell, I does not think of whatever reason that any negative to say about it. Yes, it needs an interior light. Yes, the crumb tray slides out from the back. But that matter not even comes close to detracting from the oven and are minor compared to what this oven does right.

I purchased this four day ago and have used it every single day since. It looks awesome and makes perfect toast. Frozen foods cook really faster with the convection feature. It’s great idea for throwing in a several chicken strips or mini pizzas for a fast after-school snack for the my children. And the best of all it can fit a lot inside it. So, not a problem if their friend comes along with them.

Now the big surprise for me was the many different shape of cooking we have had success in. I have baked biscuits, corn bread, broiled fish and yesterday did a great shrimp scampi. Since we are only cooking for the two of us, it is much effortless and quicker to use the TOB-195 than our larger oven.

We are very happy and delight with the cuisinart TOB-195 and would absolutely recommend it to friend looking for a good product. Moreover, as with ANY product, there are a several functions or place that we consider still can be improve, hence 4 stars rather than 5.
